What will you be doing?
As our Commissioning Engineer, you are responsible for commissioning, testing, and delivering electrical and automation systems that meet the highest quality and safety standards for our international maritime projects.
You operate at the intersection of engineering, commissioning, and project execution. In doing so, you ensure that electrical and control systems are installed, tested, commissioned, and handed over in accordance with project specifications and customer requirements. You work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and service engineers throughout the commissioning process.
With projects in, among others, Vietnam, the Netherlands, Romania, and other international locations, you contribute to the successful delivery of innovative electrical and automation solutions for the maritime industry.
Your responsibilities include:
Perform commissioning, system start-up, inspection, and functional testing of electrical and automation systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning activities
Interpret electrical drawings, technical documentation, and project specifications
Coordinate commissioning activities with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and technical records
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service activities when required
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards
Contribute to the successful delivery of international marine and industrial projects

Who are you?
We are looking for a technically skilled and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys working on complex electrical and automation systems in an international project environment.
You bring:
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Marine Engineering, or a related field
Experience in commissioning, marine electrical systems, PLC, or industrial automation is an advantage
The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
A proactive and safety-conscious working style
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project assignments
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
Job requirements
