What will you be doing?

As our Electrical Design Engineer, you are responsible for developing high-quality electrical engineering designs for international marine and industrial projects.

You operate at the intersection of engineering, design, and project execution. In doing so, you translate project requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs into detailed electrical designs that comply with applicable standards, classification society regulations, and internal engineering guidelines. You work closely with project managers, commissioning engineers, and other engineering disciplines throughout the design process.

With projects in, among others, Vietnam, the Netherlands, Romania, and other international locations, your role contributes to the successful delivery of innovative and reliable electrical solutions for the maritime industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop detailed electrical engineering designs in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards

• Prepare electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation using engineering design software

• Ensure compliance with classification society requirements, company procedures, and engineering guidelines

• Coordinate technical solutions with project teams and other engineering disciplines

• Support the review and approval of engineering designs throughout the project lifecycle

• Identify technical improvements and implement innovative engineering solutions

• Ensure engineering activities are completed within agreed project schedules

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and design quality

Who are you?

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented electrical engineer who enjoys developing technical solutions and working in an international project environment.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field

• Experience in electrical design for marine, industrial, or automation projects

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or other electrical design software

• Knowledge of electrical systems, switchboards, and technical documentation

• Experience with ERP systems and engineering software is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• A proactive, accurate, and quality-oriented working style

• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
