Job description
What will you do?
You’re the key link between operations, engineering, and project management. Alongside a team of electricians, lead engineers, and subcontractors, you work on impressive maritime installations. You set the course and ensure deadlines are met, quality is delivered, and collaboration runs smoothly.
Your role includes:
Supervising electricians and subcontractors on board
Creating and monitoring execution schedules
Setting priorities and determining approach for each project phase
Preparing progress reports
Acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

A salary between €3,100 and €4,600 per month (full-time)

Who are you?
You have a background in electrical engineering, a natural leadership style, and thrive in a dynamic project environment. You maintain a clear overview, communicate effectively, and inspire your team — even under pressure.
What you bring:
A diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience in leading technical teams
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
