What will you be doing?
To strengthen our Marketing and Commercial Support activities, we are looking for a Marketing Staff & Sales Assistant. In this versatile role, you will support the company's marketing communication, branding activities, customer engagement, and sales administration processes. You will work closely with different departments and contribute to the company's growth by ensuring smooth coordination between marketing initiatives and business operations.
What you will be doing:
• Developing and implementing marketing activities aligned with company objectives;
• Creating and managing content for the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials;
• Coordinating the preparation of company profiles, corporate videos, brochures, and marketing materials;
• Maintaining and strengthening the company's brand image across all communication channels;
• Managing and updating the company website and social media platforms;
• Supporting internal communication activities, employee engagement programs, and corporate events;
• Assisting in organizing exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional events;
• Managing customer purchase orders, project information, and sales data in the Bravo ERP system;
• Coordinating with Purchasing and Logistics teams regarding purchased and exported materials;
• Supporting commercial and administrative activities as required.

Who are you?
You are a proactive and creative professional who enjoys communication, organization, and supporting business activities. You have strong attention to detail, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and are eager to contribute to both marketing and sales support functions.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field;
• You have 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or a similar position;
• You have a good command of written and spoken English;
• You possess strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint;
• Experience with Canva, video editing software, or graphic design tools is an advantage;
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn;
• You enjoy working in a team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
