Marketing & Sales Assistant

What will you be doing?

As our Marketing Staff & Sales Assistant, you are responsible for supporting our marketing communication, commercial activities, and business operations within an international maritime and industrial environment.

You operate at the intersection of marketing, sales support, and business administration. In doing so, you contribute to strengthening our brand visibility, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring smooth coordination of commercial and administrative processes. You work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, HR, and Project Management.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement marketing communication activities

• Create and maintain content for websites, social media, presentations, and promotional materials

• Coordinate company profiles, brochures, corporate videos, and marketing materials

• Strengthen and maintain the company brand across all communication channels

• Support internal communication, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events

• Organize exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities

• Manage customer purchase orders, project information, and sales administration in Bravo ERP

• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics regarding purchased and exported materials

• Support commercial, administrative, and business development activities

Who are you?

We are looking for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys communication, organization, and supporting commercial activities.

You bring:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field

• Experience in marketing communication or a similar support role

• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

• Experience with Canva, graphic design, or video editing is an advantage

• A proactive, accurate, and hands-on working style

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different departments

• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
