System & Application Engineer

What will you do?

You will manage and optimise the IT application landscape, with a focus on MS Dynamics 4PS Construct.

In doing so, you will help ensure the reliable provision of information across our organization, supporting our operations in the Netherlands as well as our international locations. You will contribute to and support the further optimisation and implementation of our systems and business processes for a future-proof IT architecture. It will be an advantage if you can quickly grasp business processes and help to bring them into practical applications within the IT landscape. You keep a close eye on new IT technologies and know how to translate them into concrete, practical solutions that strengthen our business operations.

In addition, you’ll work closely with colleagues from operations, finance, supply chain and external partners to continuously improve our systems. You’ll support colleagues with any queries or issues and be involved in the launch of new systems and releases.

Who are you?

An ambitious individual with analytical skills and a proactive attitude, capable of quickly getting to grips with data processes. You’re eager to learn and keen to develop further as an application specialist for our entire IT application landscape. You communicate easily with a wide range of colleagues.

In addition, you have:

• Higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Cybernetics, or other fields, combined with relevant experience

• Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Knowledge of IT principles and experience or support in configuring application landscapes, with a focus on relational databases (SQL), reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and data integrations

• An interest in emerging technologies and the drive to make them practically applicable

• Fluency in English (advanced professional and technical level), essential for daily collaboration with international teams and partners.

Where will you work?
